How do I pay for my event?

This article will tell you our payment structure.

  • After your consultation, we will give you an estimate of costs associated with your event, including our hourly billing structure. We will need a deposit to hold your event. The remainder is due on the day of your event.
  • We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, and Discover.  We also accept personal checks, if that is the method you used to give your deposit.  Personal checks will not be accepted for final payment if initial deposit was paid for by credit card or in cash.
  • Cash payments are also acceptable.  
  • We do not expect you to tip our day-of staff, but should you choose to, please note that we cannot accept tips by credit card.  Staff members will have to be tipped by cash or by Venmo.  If you would like to get the Venmo username of any of our staff members in order to send them a tip for a job well done, please contact us and we will send that to you right away.
  • We pride ourselves on making the experience as easy and seamless for you as possible, so if you need to discuss payment plans or options, please let us know.  We are always open to having a conversation, though our business is such that we are not able to accommodate every request.
