1. What kind of event services do you provide? Are you a caterer?
Great Question! We provide a full stack of planning services as well as day-of services. We do not cater, but we can find you one and handle communication with them!
2. How do you charge? Is it based on flat fee or hourly?
We charge hourly for our planning services and you will also be responsible for the cost of any vendors you ask us to hire on your behalf. We will give you an estimate included in the proposal when we begin and you will need to give us a deposit when we sign our contract.
3. Can't I just plan my event myself? Why pay someone else to do it?
Yes, you may just be able to plan the event yourself, but if you are pressed for time or would like the assistance of someone with experience and familiarity with the devil in the details of event planning, we can be quite useful to you. Hiring us is an investment in your own well-being--you relax and we do the work.
4. I am having a small event. Can you still help me?
Of course! Since we charge hourly, we can give you just the amount of time needed to handle your event, no matter the size. There are no small parties!
5. Can you help me last minute?
Maybe! If available, we can provide day-of services. And if you're looking to plan something fast, we can help as long as we set realistic expectations.
